MARTINSBURG - Oct. 23 - It was known that there was a high school lacrosse team in Martinsburg in the 70's. We now have a couple pictures to share with West Virginia's lacrosse community. We do not know how many years the team existed or who they played, but if anyone can provide that information, please email me at admin@laxinwv.com - Editor
The Martinsburg area has had a resurgence of the game through the efforts of some dedicated people via the Panhandle Pride teams. We hope that Martinsburg will soon have a pure team to take the field. Until then, Martinsburg students can play on the Berkeley County area team.
