Getting Started - Drills

WALL BALL

The WALL is the best teacher.

I.. All drills must be performed with BOTH HANDS.

II.. Any wall will work, but a smooth concrete at least 10 feet tall is the best surface.

III. Wear your GLOVES when performing this routine. Girls, if you wear gloves when you play, wear them when you practice.

IV. Stand about FIVE YARDS from the wall

V. If you perform this routine 4 to 5 times a week for 15 to 20 minutes, your stick skills will improve a great deal in a very short time.
